Children's Wisconsin
Jaime Moran, MS, CCLS, has been a certified child life specialist since 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009 and her Master of Science degree in Child Life from Loma Linda University in 2012. Jaime began her professional career in 2012 at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN, supporting teen and young adult patients diagnosed with various leukemias and lymphomas. In 2017, Jaime relocated to Milwaukee, WI, where she accepted a position at Children's Wisconsin to focus on providing developmentally appropriate education and coping support to siblings of patients; in 2019, she transitioned to support patients in the ambulatory clinics setting. This has provided several opportunities to expand Child Life programming as well as advocate for psychosocial coping needs and non-pharmacological pain management of pediatric patients not previously served. She prioritizes her clinical time in Cystic Fibrosis and Fetal Concerns clinics. Also in 2019, Jaime was charged with the role of Clinical Lead. In this role, she facilitates professional development training and opportunities for her team to enhance and support clinical practice.
