Primary Children's CF Center
Dr. Jeffery T. Zobell, Pharm.D., BCPPS, is an advanced clinical pharmacist at Intermountain Primary Children's Hospital and the Intermountain Cystic Fibrosis Pediatric Center, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr. Zobell has been involved with the Primary Children's Cystic Fibrosis Center for the past 16 years by providing pharmacy services to cystic fibrosis patients, and serving as the ambulatory care preceptor for pharmacy residents. He has worked for the past 7 years as the dedicated pharmacist in the clinic. He is actively involved in several quality improvement and research projects currently being conducted at the Primary Children's Cystic Fibrosis Center in the cystic fibrosis medication access, adherence, antibiotic dosing, and immunizations. Dr. Zobell has spoken at several local, national and international conference on topics involved with CF. He has published several peer-review manuscripts in the topics of medication access and adherence, and optimization of CF antibiotics. Dr. Zobell serves as the co-chair for the CF Foundation Pharmacist Mentorship Committee and the CF Foundation Access Steering Committee. He has worked with several CF copay assistance programs and specialty pharmacies to help with improving medication access for patients. Dr. Zobell serves as a clinical adjunct faculty member of the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy and an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Utah College of Pharmacy. Dr. Zobell completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency (PGY1) at Intermountain Primary Children's Hospital. He graduated with his doctorate in pharmacy from the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy in May 2006. Dr. Zobell is married with three children, and currently resides in Kaysville, Utah.
