Holly Loosen has been practicing physical therapy at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore Maryland since 1994 after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She has special interests in cystic fibrosis (CF) and cardiopulmonary diagnoses and is a member of the in-patient and out-patient CF care team. Her other interests in pediatric physical therapy include trauma, burn injuries, medical complexity, early ICU mobility, and NICU. She has lectured at multiple national/international conferences on physical therapy management of the patient with CF and at Critical Care conferences on the topic of early mobility. She is a faculty member for the Johns Hopkins Hospital and George Washington University Pediatric PT Residency teaching multiple modules including cardiopulmonary topics, burns, and ICU care.
