Sulagna (Tina) Kushary, MMSc, CGC is a board-certified genetic counselor and a faculty member of the Department of Medicine at Columbia University's medical center, Vagelos College of Physician and Surgeons. Her interest in cystic fibrosis began during her graduate school career, where she became passionate about fertility genetic counseling in the setting of adult patients with cystic fibrosis. In 2019, she was selected to take part in the 'Best Junior Investigator in Clinical Research' competition at NACFC. Currently, she works as a research genetic counselor at the Institute for Genomic Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) and is the lead genetic counselor at CUIMC's adult pulmonology clinic.
