Lena Rabideau received her Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY in May 2009. She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA in January 2012. In 2012 she got her first job working as an inpatient physical therapist at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. It was here at MGH where Lena first began working with both pediatric and adult patients with Cystic Fibrosis. In 2017, Lena moved to Chicago, and started working at Ann & Robert H Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. In 2019, Lena was able to begin working as a physical therapist for the Cystic Fibrosis Center at Lurie funded by a grant from the National Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She is currently still serving as the lead physical therapist on the CF team. Outside of Cystic Fibrosis, Lena’s other clinical interests include Functional Neurologic Disorders, patient advocacy, and Quality Improvement. In her spare time, Lena enjoys spending time with her two dogs, hiking, tending to her ever growing plant collection, and going to concerts with friends.
