Alexandra Toporek, MD, MHS is a third-year Pulmonary and Critical Care fellow at Johns Hopkins University. She completed her undergraduate education at Georgetown University and medical school at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL, graduating as part of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society. She went on to complete her Internal Medicine residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she participated in clinical critical care research. After completing her residency training, she began her fellowship training with the Johns Hopkins University, Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she works in clinical Cystic Fibrosis and lung transplant research. She also completed a Masters of Health Sciences at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2022.
