Marlou is a third year PhD-student in the group of prof. dr. van der Ent and prof. dr. Beekman. Her main project is the within the European HIT-CF project (www.hitcf.org) where people with CF who carry rare CFTR mutations are being stratified for clinical trial(s) based on the Forskolin-Induced Swelling assay.
