Alia Dani, MD MPH, pediatric resident at Children's Medical Center Dallas (University of Texas Southwestern), previous research fellow at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
Alia was born and raised in Lebanon where she attended the American University of Beirut and recieved a BSc in Biology, after which she completed medical school at the American University of Beirut Medical Center. Then, she recieved a master's degree in public health at King's College London. She then pursued a 2-year postdoc research fellowship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center working on improving donor-to-recipient matching conditions for heart and lung transplant candidates at the Morales and Zafar lab in the Heart Institute. Currently, Alia is a first year pediatric resident at Children's Medical Center Dallas (UTSW).
