Brittany L. Wall, MD is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Department of Respiratory Medicine, Allergy, Immunology, and Sleep at UVA Children's Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia. Brittany is a graduate of Auburn University, 2010, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She obtained her Masters of Science in Biomedical Science at Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, 2012, and then remained at Marshall for medical school where she obtained her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in 2016. Dr. Wall then completed her pediatric residency training at Virginia Commonwealth University, 2016-2019, during which time she developed an interest in caring forpatients with Cystic Fibrosis and received the North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference Pediatric Resident Roundtable Travel Grant. As a pediatric pulmonology fellow at Indiana University, she was awarded the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Clinical Fellowship Grant all three years of training. During that time, Dr. Wall conducted research under the mentorship of Dr. Don B. Sanders assessing the efficacy of early enteral feeding on Cystic Fibrosis outcomes which was awarded the CFF Third Year Fellowship Grant. After completing her fellowship, Dr. Wall has begun her career as a pediatric pulmonologist where she can continue clinical care of patients with CF while conducting CF-related clinical research and quality improvement projects as well as mentoring trainees.
