Brandi Middour-Oxler, DNP, CPNP currently holds the role of Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Transition Program Coordinator & CF Nurse Practitioner for the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Emory University Cystic Fibrosis Care Center. Her work history that ranges from research scientist, inpatient pediatric CF nurse, to Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Scientist. She is a nurse scientist for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and enjoys supporting doctoral students with their projects. Her research interests include transition to adult care, relationship-centered communication, lung transplant, and palliative care. She contributed to the development, and initial pilot, of the Partnership Enhancement Program (PEP) and is currently a PEP facilitator for the CF Foundation. She has contributed to the development of resources regarding communications in and out of clinic for the CFF.
