St. Luke's CF Center of Idaho
Shannon Stamper, RD, CSP, LD is a registered dietitian serving both children and adults at St. Luke's Cystic Fibrosis Center of Idaho. Shannon is passionate about improving body image and increasing motivation for physical activity using bioelectrical impedance analysis. She provides additional advocacy and support as an active member of the St. Luke's Cystic Fibrosis Center of Idaho's patient and family advisory board (PFAB) and serves on many comittees including quality improvement (QI), food insecurity, transition, CF on the move (inpatient/outpatient CF collaborative), research, parent night out events, and plays an active role in the St. Luke's children's dietitian team.
Shannon earned her bachelor's degree in dietetics from Oregon State University and completed her dietetic internship at Idaho State University's Meridian Health Science Center.
In her free time, she likes spending time with her husband and two small children, fixing up her home, watching (too much) TV, hiking, and exploring Idaho.
