Dr. Bradford A. Woodworth is the James J. Hicks Endowed Professor and Interim Chair in the Department of Otolaryngology, and Adjunct Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Heersink School of Medicine. He serves as a Senior Scientist in the Gregory Fleming James Cystic Fibrosis Research Center where he directs the Rhinology Research Laboratory. He has procured over $4 million in grant funding including a 5 year, $1.73 million grant from the National Heart, Lung, Blood Institute. Dr. Woodworth is internationally recognized regarding management paradigms for cystic fibrosis sinus disease. He has published over 200 journal articles and 45 chapters, and is the editor of 2 Rhinology textbooks.
