Cristen Clemm, MSW, is a Senior Specialist with the Health System Innovation and Navigation team at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Cristen leads and supports the implementation and evaluation of new initiatives, with a focus on social risk factors. This work includes the CF Food Security Commitee, expanded work on social determinants of health, and work with program evaluation and data analysis. Prior to working at the CF Foundation, Cristen ran diversionary programs for kids participating in clinical trials at NIH, served as a US Peace Corps Volunteer, and worked to start a program for teens in recovery, grounded in a peer-based support system.
