Lisa Fallahi, DPT, PT - Yale New Haven Hospital & Yale University:
Lisa Fallahi, Doctor of Physical Therapy, was raised in Cheshire, Connecticut. She attended Quinnipiac University for both her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science in 2015 and her clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018, achieving Dean’s List Honors each year. Lisa has been a practicing clinician at Yale New Haven Hospital, a 1,500 bed acute care institution, for the last 4 years, working with both adult and pediatric patients on the general medical floors and intensive care units. She has worked in the outpatient adult CF clinic for the last 3 years and has recently become a member of the outpatient pediatric CF clinic multidisciplinary team. Lisa’s CF care interests stemmed from her exposure to this patient population during her acute care affiliations as a PT student at Yale New Haven Hospital. Her expertise, passion, and devotion to this population has grown over the last 3 years, culminating in her role as a lead investigator and clinician in an extensive and ongoing Quality Improvement Project. Lisa’s ultimate goal for the CF population at Yale New Haven Hospital is to have standardized care in the inpatient and outpatient settings, with streamlined data collection and analysis to benefit those with this lifelong disease. In her free time, Lisa enjoys traveling, watching the Red Sox, and attending Patriots games.
