Bone disease is a common complication with adolescent and adults with Cystic Fibrosis (CF). To optimize bone health it is important to achieve a healthy BMI >/= 50%ile, encourage weight bearing exercise, and maintain adequate Vitamin 25 (OH) D and calcium intake. This session will highlight the Registered Dietitian and Physical Therapist role in achieving optimal bone health throughout the lifespan.
