With the approval of Highly Effective Modulator Therapy (HEMT), clinical outcomes of people living with Cystic Fibrosis have greatly improved, yet we are still asking them to do burdensome treatment regimens. This session will examine the continuing need for airway clearance, inhaled mucolytics, and physical exercise following the initiation of HEMT, We will also examine the changes on how HEMT has affected the pregnancy rates, and transplant referral rates.
