L&L10 - Feeding Challenges: Medical & Behavioral Approaches

Children with CF need a comprehensive approach to achieving optimal growth and development. This session will explore medical and behavioral problems that can impact nutrition and growth with the aim to help clinicians partner with families to ensure optimal support and management.

Educational Objectives:

Review medical factors that can lead to feeding problems.
Discuss how the feeding difficulties could impact nutrition outcomes.
Discuss strategies for assessing and addressing feeding behavior and encourage the development of positive eating.
