My name is Oliver Snow (formerly known as RC Callahan), and I am the Executive Director of WSU Online at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. My professional career has provided me with a vast amount of knowledge related to the practice and theory of technology, learning, and design. During my 16+ year tenure at Weber State University (WSU), I have held positions in Human Resources, WSU Online, the Center for Institutional and Instructional Effectiveness (CIIE), the Honors Department, the Department of Web and User Experience, the Department of Women and Gender Studies, and the Department of Communication.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations, and a Masters degree in Education with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction. I'm currently attending a PhD program at the University of Wyoming in the department of Learning, Design, and Technology. I am also a COMPTia CTT+ Certified Professional.
