Joanne Muellenbach serves as Director, Health Sciences Library at California Health Sciences University (CHSU) in Clovis, California. Our library web page is at http://chsu.edu/library/. Joanne received her Bachelor of Arts in English, and her Master of Arts in Library Science, from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and for over twenty-five years has worked in hospital and academic health sciences libraries in the U.S. and Canada. Since July 2007, Joanne has been a Distinguished Member of the Academy of Health Information Professionals of the Medical Library Association. In her spare time, Joanne enjoys exploring this beautiful part of the country with family and friends, on foot, by bicycle, by train, or by car. Her favorite day or weekend trips include Carmel-by-the-Sea, camping at San Simeon Hearst State Park, artisan fairs in Sonoma Valley, and hiking within the Mariposa Grove at Yosemite. Bicycling, eating fresh produce from the local farmer's markets, custom sewing and quilt-making are also favorite past-times.
