Erik is a health sciences librarian at UC Davis. His area of focus is veterinary medicine and is an avid supporter of Evidence-based Veterinary Medicine. He received a Masters of Arts in Anthropology at Hunter College, CUNY (NY) in 2007, and a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from Pratt Institute (NY) in 2009. He has close to 20 years clinical experience as a veterinary technician where he received an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology at Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology (CO). His recent attention has also been to address wellness in the veterinary profession, as well.
