Catherine Soehner, MLS, AHIP, is the Associate Dean for Research and the Director of the Eccles Health Sciences Library at the University of Utah. Her research interests are focused on change management and leadership with publications and presentations focused on systems thinking, conspiratorial thinking in the workplace, and assessment of library programs. Among her publications are two books, one on effective difficult conversations (2017) and the other on strategic planning (2019).
