Jonathan Eldredge, AHIP, is Professor, University of New Mexico, with a primary appointment in the Health Sciences Library and Informatics Center and secondary faculty appointments in both the School of Medicine Department of Family & Community Medicine and the College of Population Health. His administrative title is evidence based practice librarian. For years, Eldredge has enjoyed the challenges of tackling increasingly complex projects. He has an active research program with over sixty-five articles published in peer-reviewed journals. Methodologically, he has a special interest in experimental designs. Eldredge co-directs the Quantitative Medicine (evidence-based practice) Block for all medical students, co-teaches the biomedical informatics courses in the Clinical & Translational Science Center MS in clinical research program, co-teaches the research methods course for the Physician Assistant Program, and co-teaches the MPH “Determinants and Equity in Public Health” course required of all MPH students. He cuurently serves as the Associate Program Director of the GME Clinical Informatics Fellowship.
