Asih Asikin-Garmager, Ph.D. is the Evaluation Coordinator for the NNLM All of Us National Program and the Associate Director of the University of Iowa Center for Evaluation and Assessment. Her research and practice focus on the influence of context and culture on evaluation practices, findings, and use; strategies to meaningfully engage diverse evaluation participants; and ways to leverage technology to expand evaluation practices.
