Kathryn Houk, MLIS, MPH, AHIP (she/her) is an assistant professor and the Undergraduate Medical Education Librarian at the University of Nevada Las Vegas' School of Medicine Library. During her tenure at UNLV, she has been instrumental in the development of services, instruction, collections, and spaces for the library of a new allopathic medical school. Katie has over a decade of experience as a life & health sciences librarian, with special interests in the medical humanities and health literacy.
