Annie 'Nicky' Nickum is an Assistant Professor & Information Services & Liaison Librarian at the University of Illinois Chicago. She is primarily the liaison to undergraduates at the College of Nursing, but assists with graduate students, faculty, and practicing nurses. Her research focuses on the information needs and behaviors of nurses from student to practitioner. In addition to being a researcher and liaison, she serves on hospital committees for patient education and guideline and protocol oversight. Nicky received her MLIS from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
