Stephanie Fulton, AHIP, has served as the Associate Dean in the University Libraries and Director of the Medical Sciences Library at Texas A&M University since May 2019. Prior to joining Texas A&M, she was the Executive Director of the Research Medical Library at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center. Stephanie worked for Ovid Technologies, a leading provider of medical information services, in a variety of capacities including technical support, quality assurance, sales, and training. Stephanie received her master of science with a focus on health information science from the University of North Texas in Denton and is a Distinguished Member of the Academy of Health Information Professionals. Stephanie also serves as an adjunct faculty member for the University of North Texas and teaches two courses in Houston, Electronic Databases and Information Services and Advanced Electronic Databases and Information Services. A focus throughout her career has been advocating, teaching, and supporting evidence-based initiatives.
