Scott Johnson, MLIS, AHIP, is the Director of Library Services at Marshall B. Ketchum University in Fullerton, California, where he has worked since 2015. He has presented at the American Optometric Association's annual Academy meeting on predatory publishing and evidence-based resources for optometrists. Scott also co-authored articles for Medical Reference Services Quarterly and Issues in Science & Technology Librarianship on topics relating to Physician Assistant collection development and vision science apps, respectively. Scott has been a member of MLA, MLGSCA, and the Association of Vision Science Librarians (AVSL) since 2015, and served as the chair of the AVSL Website Committee from 2015-2019. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Statewide California Electronic Library Consortium (SCELC) since 2019. He is currently enrolled in the University of La Verne's doctoral program in Organizational Leadership.
