Kathryn Funk is the Program Specialist for PubMed Central (PMC) at the National Library of Medicine (NLM). She is responsible for developing and overseeing various PMC program and policy projects, including the coordination of PMC’s role as a public access repository for a number of federal government and non-profit funding organizations and the NIH Preprint Pilot. Before coming to NLM, she worked in academic publishing.

Kathryn holds a Masters in Library and Information Science from the Catholic University of America.
