Nicole Dornbush, PharmD has over 15 years of experience in professional pharmacy practice; 4 of which have been spent performing investigational product management and 8 spent in leadership positions with progressively increasing scope. Nicole graduated with her PharmD from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She has worked in community pharmacy as a pharmacy manager in Northern Virginia and at an academic ambulatory care center as the Senior Director for Oncology and Pharmacy services in Washington, DC. In her current role as a Clinical Research Pharmacist, she supports over 100 clinical trials at the University of Rochester. She is the Pharmacist of Record for the DAIDS HIV Vaccine Trial Network, AIDS Clinical Trial Group, and the Vaccine Trial and Evaluation Unit at the University of Rochester. She also leads the Allergy, Immunology, Rheumatology, GI and select Neonatal Research Network trials for the Investigational Drug Service. Nicole is passionate about continuous learning for herself and her team. She loves to identify process improvements and efficiencies which can drive best practices and ultimately lead to better and safer patient care.
