Kelly Cassidy Sweet, PharmD, MSHA is the System Director of Medication Policy & Safety with Bon Secours Mercy Health, previously the Director of Pharmacy for Integrated Pharmacy Services. She graduated in 2003 from Wilkes University Nesbitt School of Pharmacy with her PharmD and in 2015 from Virginia Commonwealth Univeristy with her Masters in Health Administration. She began her career as a pharmacy technician in retail pharmacy in 1997 and trasitioned to acute care pharmacy in 2006 as a staff pharmacist and subsequently holding a number of leadership positions since that time. Kelly's practice interest areas include Leadership Development and Mentoring, Associate Engagement, Sterile Compunding, Pharmacy Operations, Regulatory Compliance and Medication Safety.
