Allene Naples PharmD, MBA, CSP, RYT-200 is the Director of Pharmacy for the Specialty, Home Infusion and Ambulatory Infusion Pharmacy Services at University Hospitals. Allene leads a team of 90+ direct and indirect reports. As the first pharmacist hired onto the specialty pharmacy team in 2016, Allene has served in all facets of specialty pharmacy and in various leadership roles and projects, including the launch of the PGY1 residency program in specialty pharmacy. Allene's professional interests include building and creating new pharmacy services, coaching and mentoring, and leading highly engaged teams.
