Hannah Trickett, PharmD, BCPS is the lead clinical pharmacy specialist for Medication Use for the West Virginia University (WVU) Medicine Health System, with hospitals in West Virginia, Ohio, Maryland and Pennsylvania. She is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor for West Virginia University School of Pharmacy. After receiving her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from WVU School of Pharmacy, she completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at WVU Hospitals. Dr. Trickett's professional interests include project management, quality improvement and health-system integration. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), with a specific focus on the Medication Management Section Advisory Group.
