Laura A. Schalliol, PharmD, BCACP, BCGP earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. She continued her training by completing a PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo, Michigan and a PGY-2 ambulatory care residency at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima, Ohio. In 2013, she joined South College School of Pharmacy in Knoxville, Tennessee as an assistant professor and established her clinical practice site with Summit Medical Group. Dr. Schalliol is currently an associate professor of pharmacy practice and serves as the program director for South College’s PGY-1 community-based residency program and residency teaching certificate program. She continues to practice at Summit Medical Group where she focuses on chronic disease management and precepts student pharmacists.
