Dr. Emily Frederick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Shenandoah University Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy in Winchester, Virginia and completed a pharmacy practice residency at Geisinger Medical Center in central Pennsylvania. Dr. Frederick is an associate professor and the Vice Chair of the Pharmacy Practice Department at Sullivan University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Louisville, Kentucky. She practices as a clinical pharmacist at the University of Louisville Hospital as part of an interdisciplinary internal medicine team. Dr. Frederick is active in local and national professional organizations and serves on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Society of Health-System Pharmacists. In her free time, Dr. Frederick enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, baking, and evaluating literature.
