Kaitlyn Rivard, PharmD, BCIDP, BCPS is a Pediatric Infectious Diseases Pharmacist and PGY-2 Infectious Diseases Residency Program Director at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. Dr. Rivard graduated from the Ferris State University College of Pharmacy and completed a PGY-1 Residency at Mercy Health St. Mary's in Grand Rapids, MI followed by a PGY-2 Infectious Diseases Residency at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Rivard's practice and areas of interest are focused on antimicrobial stewardship, public health and vaccination, and Gram-negative resistance. In 2021, Dr. Rivard was awarded the Ohio Commendation Medal by Ohio Governor Dewine for her work in standing up a FEMA COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Site in downtown Cleveland as well as the Promoting the Profession of Pharmacy Award from the Cleveland Clinic Department of Pharmacy.
