Kristin Griebe, PharmD, BCCCP is a Critical Care Pharmacist at Henry Ford Hospital. She graduated from the University of Michigan with her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience. Afterwards, she went on to earn her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Henry Ford Hospital and PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in Critical Care at Henry Ford Hospital. She served as the Michigan Society of Health-system Pharmacists Transitions of Care Committee co-chair and currently serves on the ACCP Critical Care PRN Communications committee and the Henry Ford Health System Critical Care Council. She is adjunct faculty at Wayne State University Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and is involved with precepting both pharmacy students and residents at Henry Ford Hospital. Her previous research focused on medication access, critical care, and sepsis.
