Clinical Coordinator – Emergency Medicine

Dr. Natalija Farrell is the Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator – Emergency Medicine and Toxicology at Boston Medical Center. She received her Bachelor of Science in Toxicology and Doctor of Pharmacy from Northeastern University. She completed a PGY1 and PGY2 emergency medicine pharmacy residencies at Boston Medical Center. Following completion of a clinical toxicology fellowship at the Georgia Poison Center, she became a board certified toxicologist. At Boston Medical Center, Dr. Natalija Farrell practices in the emergency department and serves as the PGY2 emergency medicine pharmacy residency program director. She holds academic appointments at Boston University School of Medicine, Northeastern University School of Pharmacy, and University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy. She oversees the emergency department quality improvement projects conducted by pharmacy students, pharmacy residents, and emergency department pharmacists. Her practice interests include emergency medicine, toxicology, substance use disorders, emergency preparedness, and health equity.
