Dr. Kellie J. Goodlet is an Assistant Professor at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy in Glendale, Arizona (CPG). She received her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Arizona, then spent a couple years exploring the east coast during her PGY1 and PGY2 infectious diseases pharmacy residency at Hartford Hospital. Within the curriculum, Dr. Goodlet teaches infectious diseases therapeutics and clinical pharmacokinetics and is honored to have received the Mentor of the Year, Teacher of the Year, and Faculty Preceptor of the Year awards during her tenure at CPG. Dr. Goodlet is an active member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America, the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists, and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, where she currently serves on the Section of Clinical Specialists and Scientists Educational Steering Committee. Dr. Goodlet practices as a clinical pharmacy specialist and residency preceptor at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, the flagship hospital of the Dignity Health system. She has authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications, with her research interests including antimicrobial stewardship, treatment strategies for multi-drug resistant organisms, and infection prophylaxis and management in lung transplantation.
