Tyler Sledge, PharmD, BCPS is the System Coordinator for Drug Utilization and Antimicrobial Stewardship at Riverside Health System in Southeastern Virginia. In his current role, Tyler coordinates efforts with an awesome team to optimize evidence-based, high-quality, cost-effective medication utilization.
Tyler earned his PharmD from Texas Tech University. He completed PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY2 Critical Care Residency at the University of Utah. Tyler's prior roles include clinical pharmacy practice in critical care, cardiology and emergency medicine at the University of Utah as well as Clinical Manager for Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, VA. Tyler is an active member of the Virginia Society of Health System Pharmacists and ASHP.
