Diane Kim, PharmD is an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Penn Presbytarian Medical Center (PPMC) in Philadelphia, PA. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Rutgers University. She then completed her PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Residency at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA and her PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at Christiana Care in Newark/Wilmington, DE. She practices within the Cardiology and Family Medicine clinics at PPMC and is also a preceptor for IPPE and APPE students and PGY-1 pharmacy practice residents for their Ambulatory Care rotations. Her current clinical interests include pharmacologic outpatient management in medication opioid use disorder in primary care, heart failure, and diabetes.
