Clinical Manager - Inpatient Services (ID, Transplant, Educational Experience)

Dr. Lucas Schulz is the clinical pharmacy manager at University of Wisconsin Health. In this role, he oversees the infectious diseases antimicrobial stewardship program and the solid-organ transplant service line. In addition to clinical services management, he is the Residency Program Director for the PGY1 pharmacy practice residency, the PGY2 Infectious Diseases residency, and the 3rd and 4th year pharmacy student experiences.
Following graduation from the University of Wisconsin - School of Pharmacy, he completed PGY1 and PGY2 critical care residencies at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics. He is well published in topics of infectious diseases with a focus on antimicrobial stewardship and the optimization of antimicrobial use in complex health-care systems. He is active in ASHP, SIDP, Vizient, and across the state of Wisconsin through the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin.
