Impostors Among Us: Students, Impostors, or Both?

While many of us feel the imposter syndrome in our lives — up to 70% of individuals and maybe more in those who are high achieving — many of us do not have the knowledge and terminology to put a name to what we are feeling. The aim of this session is to help trainees increase awareness of imposter syndrome, its incidence, and methods to identify and address it. Exercises to identify the subpopulation of imposters that we align with most closely and activities to help us overcome the imposter mindset will also be included.
