Describe the work of the National Academy of Medicine (NAM) Action Collaborative on Clinician Well-Being and Resilience.
Define the types of trauma experienced by people, including healthcare workers, before and during the COVID-19 global pandemic.
Apply principles of the Veteran's Yoga Project Mindful Resilience Training to healthcare practice settings.
Design a well-being plan for 2023 for either you as an individual, inclusive of your team or both.
