I am a third year master's student at the University of Missouri School of Natural Resources. My research involves investigating how zoonotic diseases impact wild animal health and welfare. I have created a database of bacterial zoonotic diseases that identifies all possible wildlife hosts and symptoms wildlife experiences to help answer the questions of my research. Before starting my Master's program I worked as a wildlife health assistant for the Missouri Department of Conservation. My research interestes include wildlife health, epidemiology, conservation biology, and conservation management.
