Shelagh Ross has congenital heart diseae and has been involved in patient advocacy and support since 2004, when she co-founded the Canadian Congenital Heart Alliance. She currently serves on the board of the Global Alliance for Rheumatic & Congenital Hearts (Global ARCH), and is working on a collaborative initiative called #FindACHD, to help ACHD patients get the lifelong care they need to live healthy lives.
