Georgia Kersche is a Master's student in her second year of the Translational Medicine Program at Queen's University. She is a student of the Cardiovascular Imaging Network at Queen's University (the CINQ Lab), where she works on their CIHR-funded, multi-centre trial assessing the value of adding carotid ultrasound to stress echocardiography. Her research focuses on the assessment of carotid plaque composition using contrast-enhanced and non-contrast ultrasound imaging.
