Dr. Michael Elfassy is a third-year resident physician in Internal Medicine at the University of Toronto. As an aspiring Cardiologist and Investigator, his primary research interest relates to cardiac intensive care, out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, and sudden cardiac death. He has been recognized with the 2022 Have a Heart Bursary Award by the Canadian Cardiovascular Society Academy.
