Amber Cintosun, MD, HBSc is a resident in internal medicine at the University of Toronto. She completed her undergraduate training with a specialist in pathobiology and a minor in immunology and psychology, and subsequently completed her MD at the University of Toronto. Her current area of research is in mitral annular calcification, with a special focus on its complications and outcomes among varied populations.
