At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
list the top key messages and recommendations from the Guidelines and CPUs;
learn about KT tools for specific Guidelines and CPUs and know where to access them;
apply Guideline recommendations and CPU guidance in practice, individualizing for unique patient needs; and,
describe key methodological aspects important for development of high-quality Guidelines.
