At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:

incorporate evidence and practical considerations to manage the use of DOACs in special populations;
evaluate the role of DOACs in the management of LV Thrombus;
develop a treatment plan for a patient with HIT;
demonstrate the ability to manage DOACs in patients with obesity; and
identify and implement tools to support everyday clinical practice, evidence-based decision making, and monitoring of patient on DOACs.
